Empowering
Women in Digital Leadership

The Digital Distillery is an invite-only event for decision-makers and opinion leaders from the digital marketing and media industry. The focus is on content exchange and networking on topics that drive the industry.

What sets it apart from other events?

There are 100 selected people at the event who promote and appreciate the exchange of ideas with real added value. No conference, no rows sitting in front of a PA system. Living room atmosphere that also ensures exchange and discussion with the stage, excellent catering and networking.

This time we have a special edition - the Women's Edition!

We will talk about topics such as leadership, the person as their own brand and real stories coming from the business world.

  • What does female empowerment actually mean?
  • What can the industry learn from other areas of the economy?
  • How can AI support equality and what are the dangers?
  • What has already been useful for companies and individuals in practice and what is the outcome?
  • Overall - how can we all work together to create an industry in which equality, inclusion and support for all gender and person play an important role?

We like to have all genders on stage and an open discussion about topics that are very in the industry - with the focus on women.

This panel explores how diversity fosters innovation and which lessons can be adopted from stepping outside one’s comfort zone. Representatives from various industries will share their experiences in implementing equality and the successes they’ve achieved. Together, we’ll discuss why equality is not just a moral goal but also an economic driver—and what the digital media industry must do to seize this opportunity.
